Each season, Raaka creates a themed chocolate bar with limited availability. This experimental bar really does take like a Strawberry Peach Cobbler. With chocolate, of course. The chocolate makers grind strawberries, peaches and vanilla bean with cacao, then crumble pieces of homemade gluten-free oat, maple and cinnamon cobbler crust on each bar.
