Event Operations Assistant

Hallesches Haus ​is an established store, ​café and events space based in Kreuzberg. We are looking for support for our friendly and international team to conduct different types of events, like company meetings, weddings, parties and more.

* Works closely with Head of Events on the pre planning of events, including meeting with clients, beverage orders, run sheets

* You have flexible availability and also on weekends and late evenings

* Oversees whole event including setup and tear-down, table setting, coordinating staff, table and dance floor setup, bar setup, post-event cleanup, and other related duties.

* Assist with admin work like contracts

* We imagine the position to be either a mini-job or part-time with the possibility of growing 

* Fluent in German and English

* Experience in similar role preferably
