Mango is a versatile partner to have in the kitchen. Sweet, or savory: it’s amazing every way you try it. So we decided to try it both ways and made a chutney! Taking our inspiration from the rich flavor profiles of Indian cuisine, we paired the sultry spice of freshly ground cardamom with the creamy sweetness of sun-ripened mangoes sourced responsibly from our partners at Gebana. The resulting chutney is a silky smooth flavor explosion that will take your taste buds on a world journey. Try it with creamy blue cheese, mixed with yogurt for Indian raita, or just grab a spoon and eat it out of the jar. Trust us: it’s that good!!
