INGREDIENTS OF THE GLAZE 12%: Sugar - Category A fresh egg white from free-range hens - " Piedmont hazelnut IGP" from Langhe 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Impalpable sugar (Sugar - Wheat starch ) - Sunflower oil - Natural flavors.
