Experienced Cook 4-5 days per week

Background:

Hallesches Haus ​is an established store, ​café and events space based in Kreuzberg.
We are looking for a Cook to support our international team for both lunch/brunch kitchen and events. We are offering a full time contract in our kitchen that focuses on fresh and seasonal cuisine. Who are we looking for?

• - Passion for cooking with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• - 1+ years proven experience in high volume kitchen (please do not apply unless you are experienced!)
• - Friendly and patient communicator
• - Strong sense of organisation and willingness to work in a team
• - Maintain systems and schedules
• - Able to clean as you go and remain calm and tidy during peaks in service
• - Experience in standard of hygiene and cleanliness
• - English or German speaking
• - Reliable, professional, accountable, punctual and consistent

- Sense of urgency

- Work on weekends is a must!
