It seems like Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc are best friends. They compliment each other perfectly in this still white wine. Sauvignon - by adding some grassy aromas and crisp acidity, Grüner Veltliner - by bringing in white pepper notes. Great on it's own but if you're feeling like sharing a bottle over a meal - light salads, seafood dishes and spicy cuisine will notes of coriander will be wonderful companions. Serve chilled.
