Tank 32 is made from 100% Riesling grapes, grown within an organically farmed vineyard (not certified, but practicing for the past 5 years) The vines run deep through red sandstone soil. 

Made low intervention in the cellar. No sulfites were added!

We love this wine for a few reasons. It's a great expression of Riesling, with its salivating acidity, saltiness, and clear direction. The wine is confident, rich in mouthfeel, and a great length. You can pair tank 32 with white fish, roast chicken, seafood, slightly spicy vegetable curry, and ravioli in butter sauce.

Naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts, this Nebbiolo will easily become your muse.

Undergoing alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then aged in ceramic vats for 12 months, this wine is under the domain of the Italian / Irish producers Maurizio and Deirdre, who make up the small Cascina Val Liberata in Piemonte in the north of Italy. The vineyard is located in a valley surrounded by forests and fields, without the presence of conventional agricultural practices.

The Beast is a blend of 3-week macerated Gewürztraminer and shortly macerated Chardonnay. Tropical, fun, playful orange wine with smooth tannins. Great with spicy dishes, Thai or Indian cuisine.
