A pet-nat that bears its name really well: bright, positive and joyfully aromatic, courtesy of the Traminer and Malvasia grapes it's made of. Creamy, fresh, easy-drinking, with only 9.5% alcohol and a mild fizz. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2 added; if someone asked us about the wilderness level, we'd call it "tamed funk".

Is this the perfect brunch wine? You bet! Besides eggs and the requisite avo toast, it's also a great companion to any sort of savoury-sour kind of dinner: try Asian cuisine, from noodles to stir-fries or okonomiyaki, or light fish dishes with a beurre blanc type sauce.
